An excellent study was done by Leading Consulting firm called “Women Matter: Gender diversity, a corporate performance driver” which demonstrates that companies, where woman are most strongly represented on the board or in top management positions, are also the companies that perform best. It still remains valid and indeed the recent report further reiterates the advantages of diversity in the post-crisis world.
Companies are actively seeking and recruiting candidates from a variety of backgrounds to ensure they're not inadvertently creating a homogeneous workforce. We function as a subject matter expert on the Affirmative Action planning process on diversity recruitment projects for all of our clients.
